From a patient’s perspective, visiting the doctor can sometimes feel like going through a revolving door. Far too many patients don’t feel their concerns were validated, leading to negative experiences with primary care. At Randolph’s, we are hyper-aware of this fact and do everything in our power to ensure your concerns are heard.
We make a concerted effort to use active listening while simultaneously communicating any pertinent information because you deserve both to be heard and to understand your own care.
We advocate for both men’s and women’s health, treating each individual with a baseline of respect and understanding. Because we are family-owned, we also understand the vital importance of mapping out a patient’s family history in an attempt to provide better, more connected care. We routinely see all the members of a family which helps us connect the dots in your individual treatment plan.

Walk-ins welcome Monday through Friday. Appointments available for extended or weekend hours.
Primary Care Management — Acute & Chronic
Comprehensive management of both acute and chronic conditions. We treat current symptoms while identifying and monitoring any underlying health concerns, building a long-term care relationship with each patient.
Sick Visits
Prompt, thorough evaluation when you're not feeling well. Covers respiratory infections, flu, COVID-19, ear issues, skin conditions, conjunctivitis, and more assessed and treated with the same care as any scheduled visit.
Wellness Exams & Annual Physicals
Routine preventive care checkups to keep you on track. We identify risk factors early and recommend how often you should seek care based on your family history and individual needs.
Pediatrics — Ages 2 & Up
We welcome children from age 2 and up for well-child exams, sick visits, and ongoing primary care. Our family-owned practice understands the value of caring for an entire family under one roof.
Sports & School Physicals
Required physical exams for student athletes and school enrollment. Fast, thorough, and available by walk-in or appointment to fit your schedule.
STD Testing & Treatment
Confidential, judgment-free STD testing and treatment. We provide a respectful, private experience and clear guidance on next steps.
Women's Health Exams
Preventive and routine women's health services including gynecological exams and screenings tailored to each stage of life.
Laboratory Testing
On-site and referred lab work to support diagnosis, medication monitoring, and preventive screening. Results reviewed with you in plain language.
COVID-19 Testing
Rapid and PCR COVID-19 testing available with quick turnaround for results and documentation.
TB Skin Test & TB Gold
Required tuberculosis testing for employment, school, or healthcare settings. Results provided with documentation as needed.

What to Expect at a Primary Care Visit
Our primary care service is designed to help prevent, resolve, and uncover any physical issues affecting you. Whether you need medical clearance for school or employment, a routine physical, or chronic care management we’re here for all of it.
If we uncover any abnormalities, we’ll present you with a game plan that addresses your concerns and recommends a clear path of treatment whether strictly physical or involving a more nuanced, whole-body approach.
